The White House confirmed Monday that U.S. President Barack Obama will be in Copenhagen in support of Chicago’s bid for the 2016 Summer Olympic Games, reports MSNBC.
A senior administration official told the Tribune Washington Bureau Monday morning that Obama will travel to Copenhagen Thursday night and return following the Friday meeting.
