A technical evaluation report released by the International Olympic Committee Tuesday in Lausanne shows that Munich, Germany and PyeongChang, South Korea are in a very close race as they enter the second phase of their bids for the 2018 Olympic Games. A third bid from Annecy, France lags behind.
